I photograph the flat, prepare a virtual tour and write a listing that attracts the right tenants.

Tenant screening

This is the critical step. I run strict checks on every applicant — debt registers, enforcement orders and references from previous landlords.

Viewings

I personally conduct viewings with selected applicants. You only meet the final, carefully screened candidates.

Contracts & handover

I prepare a solid tenancy agreement that protects your rights, a handover report and assist with utility transfers to the tenant.
