If the property is vacant, I find and thoroughly vet a new tenant (registries, references, income). I sign a watertight contract with them.

Financial management

I monitor timely rent and utility advance payments. Once a year I arrange the annual utility reconciliation with the tenant.

Maintenance & emergencies

Dripping tap? Broken boiler? I am the first point of contact for the tenant. I arrange tradespeople, repairs and regular inspections — you never have to deal with any of it.

Admin & legal

I handle contract renewals, amendments, communication with the building management and owner meetings. In the event of non-payers I immediately initiate legal action.

Regular reporting

You have full oversight with zero hassle. I keep you regularly informed about the condition of the property and your finances.
