Define your requirements

At our first meeting we discuss exactly what you are looking for — preferred neighbourhood, layout, budget and purpose (home or investment).

Active search

I do not just wait for listings on property portals. I also search off-market opportunities and the internal RE/MAX network.

Viewings & due diligence

I attend viewings with you and assess the property with a professional eye — technical condition, neighbours and any legal issues in the cadastre.

Price negotiation

The seller's agent works for the seller. I work for you. With my market knowledge I can often negotiate a discount or better terms.

Safe transfer & handover

I arrange contract review by a lawyer, secure escrow and safe title transfer. I will also assist with the physical handover and utility transfers.
